Research on Method of Acquirement and Analysis for Customer′s Requirements

  • This paper begins with customer's requirements information, framework of acquirement and analysis for customer's requirements based on semantic web is presented. On the basis of above, product information model and customer's requirements information is described by using OWL ontology language. Then, reasoning process of customer's requirements is also discussed. And customer's requirements information is automatic reasoned by inference engine so that specific and real customer's requirements are acquired. Last, the electric rice cooker of an enterprise is taken as example to verify the validity of the method.
