Abstract: Temporal Paraconsistent database is introduced to manipulate incomplete and inconsistent information in database that vary over time.In this article, firstly, three historical segments, age transferring algorithm and time point selection algorithm are provided to solve the problem of overdue information, meanwhile, doubly linked list is used to store data;secondly, TPQL, as an extension of UcQL, is given for the sake of query and manipulation on this kind of data.
