System Modeling of Particle Detector Circuit

  • 摘要: 基于数字信号处理的方法在粒子探测器信号处理中应用越来越广泛。在基于数字信号处理的粒子探测器研究中,正确的高精度系统建模是重要环节。本文在MATLAB 的Simulink环境下建立了粒子探测系统的行为级模型,包括探测器、噪声、模拟前端、模数转换器和数字滤波部分。基于该模型,本文实现了一个多通道粒子探测电路,仿真分析了多通道粒子探测系统的输出波形及对应的能量谱RAM,验证了该模型的正确性和精度。

     

    Abstract: Method based on digital signal processing in particle detectors signal processing applications become increasingly widespread.In the study of particle detectors based on digital signal processing,the correct accurate system modeling is the important part. MATLAB Simulink environment particle detection system behavioral models,including the part of the detector noise,analog front end,an analog-to -digital converter and digital filtering.Implemented based on the model of a multi -channel particle detection circuit simulation analysis of the output waveform of the multi -channel particle detection system and the corresponding energy spectrum RAM, verify the correctness and accuracy of the model.
